When are you going to do something about your extremely rude drivers on the Watford to Radlett service? One of them almost ran me and my daughter over when we were crossing the road, he proceeded to speed up as he approached us from a distance.
ReplyDeleteGet out the road then
ReplyDeleteRude comments should be removed. I have had really rude service on the buses. First one being left at the bottom of Black Lion Hill in the dark and snow and driver didn't bother to tell us that bus was going down Porters Park Drive, and then two Saturdays ago when a very rude driver gave me the most expensive fare he could find and then refused to address his "error" threatening to throw me off the bus for questioning him. Getting someone to answer the phone at UNO is so difficult and info on the site poor. We are stuck with the service and it's just not good enough.
ReplyDeleteCorrection to comment of 9th August - this should read that bus was NOT going down Porters Park Drive. I am an elderly asthmatic, so just shows how much respect this services gives senior citizens. I wonder if they would like their mother/elderly relatives to be treated in this way.
